L1 · For a quote

Quote request

Job address, site contact, material type, bin size, timing, billing contact, and any PO requirements.

L2 · For an active issue

Service issue

Site name, current bin location, pickup or exchange date, access issue, and photos if available.

L3 · For billing

Billing change

Invoice number, company name, remittance contact, PO number, and the change requested.

L3 · For compliance

Compliance record

Manifest, load date, material description, generator address, and the document or classification question.
